At TheScrubSide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have a straightforward return policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.
- Additional processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Special Cases
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle special situations:
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Items: If you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of receipt, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Exceptions to the Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Final sale items, which are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
